Beaugard's BBQ 25th Year/Closing Celebration

After proudly serving the community for 25 years, Beaugard's Southern Bar-B-Que, LLC will officially close its doors at the end of this month. To commemorate the occasion, the restaurant will host a farewell event on Saturday, May 31, celebrating a legacy built on great food, loyal customers, and community connection. 

The restaurant will be open at 11:00 a.m. welcoming guests to stop in for one final meal and a chance to share memories with owners Marty and Dianne Beaugard.

At 1:00 p.m., a special Ribbon Tying Ceremony will be held in conjunction with the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce — a symbolic gesture representing the close of a meaningful business journey. Unlike a ribbon cutting, the tying reflects the lasting bonds formed and the full-circle conclusion of a remarkable chapter in local small business history.

“This isn’t a goodbye so much as a heartfelt thank-you,” said Marty. “We’re grateful for the support over the years and look forward to one last day of sharing stories, laughter, and BBQ.”
