HealthSource: Covid-19 Vaccines

HealthSource is accepting new vaccine requests according to State of Ohio guidelines (individuals age 18 and older). If you have already left a phone message or requested an appointment online, there is no need to call or register again. We will contact people in the order the requests were received. We expect the volume to be high so please be patient. It may take several weeks to receive an appointment. Once your appointment is made, please make every effort to show. If you have received a vaccine at another location, please call to cancel your appointment with us so that we can get others in. We are unable to schedule vaccines through email or social media. Thank you.
