Material Services Supervisor

Full time

Monitor and oversee hourly associates work activity and warehousing. Assure compliance to applicable safety regulations and policies. Drive departmental performance to achieve KPI’s. Involvement in continuous improvement activity to include interdepartmental activity. Conduct performance evaluations of hourly associates. Conduct corrective discipline per new Sabina policy.

High school diploma or equivalent                                          
Previous experience high volume manufacturing environment.                                        
Basic reading, math and communication skills. Teamwork. Demonstrates attention to detail skills. Computer literate in Microsoft Office

"2-year degree or applicable technical certificate

Previous management experience in a warehouse environment
Microsoft Office applications, JDE and Core preferred
